Linda Phelps lives in Austin, Texa s. Linda started to study the art of photography in the late 1980s. She started with the first digital camera that came on the market and continues working to improve her art. She has earned awards in local, national and international competitions. She has written tutorials and articles for the web on photography. She presented a seminar on how to make creative images in a photo convention sponsored by the Gulf Coast Camera Club Council which covers a 5 state area.
